NCCR 2012 will feature Nobel Laureate Peter C Doherty

Professor Peter Doherty shared the Nobel Prize in Physiology/ Medicine in 1996 with Swiss colleague Rolf Zinkernagel, for their discovery of how the immune system recognises virus-infected cells. He is the first person with a veterinary qualification to win a Nobel Prize. He is also the author of several books, including “The Beginners Guide to Winning the Nobel Prize”.

Session 2 : Spotlight on Careers in Clinical Research
Is clinical research for you?  Get expert advice and career insights from professionals who built stellar careers in clinical research.

Research Poster Competition (Submit on or before August 15, 2012) [Closed]  

If you already have something to show, take part in the annual Research Poster Competition and win prizes. The three best posters will vie for the coveted Investigator Award. Shortlisted posters will be exhibited for the entire 3 days of the main conference. The top 3 posters will be given the opportunity to elaborate on their research during the Investigator Award Session which will be held on day 2. Those keen to participate will need to submit their 250 words structured abstract and register as a conference participant by August 15, 2012.

Public Exhibition (26-28 September 2012)

There will be a 3-day exhibition by companies involved in the clinical research industry, universities and agencies that promote interest in scientific research. Shortlisted posters from the Research Poster Competition will be exhibited for the entire 3 days of the main conference.
